Quality controlWith quality control we can make sure that the quality agreed with our customer is maintained. The quality of the products have to fulfil the customer demands, law and safety use demands. By controlling raw materials and packaging supplies can be ensured their usability into production. Products can be traced based on batch entries. Products are being checked by each batch during the manufacturing stage and in the factory laboratory. External laboratories are being used when doing microbiological analyzes. For sensory evaluations has been trained a group, which estimates for example products’ keepability during storage. Processes themselves and storage systems for pre-prepared food are partial or totally closed. The most important process equipments and containers are CIP-washable (Cleaning In Place) and the wash result is being controlled by regular laboratory tests. |
