Mustard

Mustard is manufactured both by grinding up different seed qualities and by mixing mustard powders. The taste of mustard is affected especially by maturation time, grinding roughness, acidity and temperatures during the process.

Our mustard product range is large including mustard qualities from mild to fiery. Mustard’s composition can be smooth, ground up twice or more coarse, ground up once.
