Ketchup

The concentration of tomato in our ketchups is always accordingly the agreed receipt. We manufacture ketchup in batches of 1200 kg. Batches can also be manufactured without preservatives.

The taste of ketchup is essentially influenced by tomato’s own sugars, fruit acids and other nutrients. The desired taste is finished with spices and flavours such as pepper, onion, cinnamon and clove.
